If you are not sure where to go to get the care you need, contact your doctor. He or she will be able to help you decide where to go. Remember to contact your doctor after getting urgent or emergency services for any follow-up care you may need.

When a medical issue doesn’t require an Emergency Room visit, or if you can’t get in to see your physician, you can visit an Urgent Care Center and get the care you need.

Centers listed may not be participating with our health plan across all lines of business. Members should contact Customer Service and/or confirm with the Urgent Care facility directly to determine if a particular center is participating with their plan. Non-participating centers may not accept our fee schedule and can bill members for the difference in what they charge and what the health plan pays.
